How To Remove Zscaler From My Computer
#one
Posted 17 November 2010 - 12:43 AM
My Firefox browser has started redirecting me everytime it's opened to a 'Zscaler login' page (shows as 'https://gateway.zscaler.net/auT?origurl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com.au%2f'). I have tried running all of the suggested tools (in safe way) to try to fix this problem: Combofix, Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware... only it is still happening. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling Firefox after using the tools, no modify... Currently Firefox is uninstalled - would that make a difference when I ran the DDS log? Should I re-run information technology with the problem-causing Firefox installed?
I tin can mail service the DDS log, but when I endeavour to run GMER, I keep getting blue-screened & restarted, then distressing but I can't provide this info just at the moment... I will keep trying to scan & update if I take whatsoever success. I have posted the bluish-screen info below too, as well every bit the malwarebytes log, which seems to indicate no itmes found during scan.
Can someone please assist me? Then frustrated... Outcome just seems to be affecting Firefox (Internet Explorer is seemingly running ordinarily). I'yard a full 'end-user' - I know naught about whatever of this stuff, and so I've just been post-obit your tutorials, so please forgive any stupid questions or obvious omissions... Thanks
DDS (Ver_10-11-10.01) - NTFSx86
